DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an Organization which provides support to international students and promotes their integration in Coimbra.

LOCATION: Coimbra (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREAS:
BUSINESS - Business administration, International studies, Hospitality management
MEDIA - Advertising, Marketing
LANGUAGES - Portuguese studies

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Sales, Marketing, Management or other related area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise time-sensitive assignments
- Interest in management and community development
- Extensive knowledge of Web and Social media (is a plus)
- Preferable knowledge in Portuguese language

TASKS:

• Online sales through multiple channels
• Meeting and communicating with international clients
• Development and improvement of the department
• Managing the new booking platform
• Communicating with current and future partners

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1

• Portuguese A2/B1
