DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an Organization which provides support to international students and promotes their integration in Coimbra.

LOCATION: Coimbra (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREAS:
BUSINESS - Business administration, Hospitality management, Tourism
MEDIA - Advertising, Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Communication, Marketing, Tourism or other related area
- Knowledge in Online and Social Media
- Strong communication skills and experience in this area is a plus
- Flexibility in the working schedule
- Creativity, responsibility, and organisational skills

TASKS:

• Help in the organisation and execution of events, activities, trips and other events
• Manage websites and social media channels
• Interaction with international students and provide them support and important information about Coimbra & Portugal
• Promotion of events, activities , trips and other events
• Creation of new partnerships and contact with the current partners;
• Back office tasks and other admistrative tasks
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits;
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day;
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality and organize facilities and manage all event's details;

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1
