LOCATION: Carcavelos, Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 6 months

REQUIREMENTS:
Native Italian, Dutch, and French speaker.
Organizational, time management and problem solving skills;
Logical, proactive, curious, flexible and positive attitude;
Team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internal & external
Looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

TASKS:

• Represent the company as the primary point of contact for customers and partners.
• Provide customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Support B2B partners in their daily operations.
• Focus on building and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of our company.
• Support our Customers and Partners delivering best in class service via phone, email, chat and social media

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• Dutch (mother tongue)
• English B2/C1

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION:

• Transportation: Bus from lisbon to carcavelos
• Food expenses: Sub meal
