- Background in Tourism (preferable), business, sales, communication, languages and other related area.

The schedule is rotative and organized by shifts.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30.

TASKS:

• Manage all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and update our products online;
• Perform critical analysis of our online presence and that of our competitors;
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online booking platform;
• Monitor performance and user experience, making improvements as necessary;
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve platform features and services;
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for online sales and user engagement;
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date content across all online platforms;
• Develop and manage partnerships with third-party service providers to enhance platform capabilities;
• Assist with back-office tasks including bookings, report generation, and compiling statistics;
• Build and manage a comprehensive database of contacts;

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
