DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
We're here to help you from even before your arrival till the end of your exchange experience. Every semester we organize over 100 trips & activities such as city tours, wine tastings, parties, skydive, bbq, surf lessons, trips to Algarve & Porto, boat parties, excursions to all over Portugal

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREA: MEDIA - Film studies, Graphic design, Advertising, Audiovisual communication, Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Design, Communication, Marketing, Social Media, or other related area
- Knowledge in video software (video-editing and video production software)
- Knowledge in online and social media
- Excellent written communication skills
- Creativity, responsibility and organization skills (with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments)
- Flexibility in the working schedule
- Fluent in English
- During the traineeship the trainee must have a Portuguese phone number (card provided by the company)

- Experience in this area is valued
- Knowledge in Photography is valued
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrater is valued

TASKS:

• Creation of promotional videos
• Creation of promotional material
• Edit video for promotional pieces
• Manage the website and social media channels
• Manage moving image social media channels and assist with the distribution of video content across all social platforms
• Promotion of events, activities, trips and parties in Lisbon
• Interaction with international students
• Provide support in the organization and execution of events, activities, trips and parties in Lisbon and Portugal
• Reception and guidance of students at events, activities, trips and parties in Lisbon and Portugal
• Logistics: prepare the different kind of promotions for events, split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events, create and prepare material for the events, be part of the organization and criation of the events and activities

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
