DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
We're here to help you from even before your arrival till the end of your exchange experience. Every semester we organize over 100 trips & activities such as city tours, wine tastings, parties, skydive, bbq, surf lessons, trips to Algarve & Porto, boat parties, excursions to all over Portugal

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 2 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREAS:

TASKS:

• Creation of maintenance of sports schedules
• Creation of sports tournaments
• Interaction with international students
• Participation in sports events for international students
• Contact and booking tasks with our sport partners
• Market study and new sport partners acquisition
• Promotion of sport events, activities, trips in Lisbon
• Provide support in the organization and execution sport events, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal
• Reception and guide students at sport events, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal
• Different kind of promotions for events, split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events, create and prepare material for the events, be part of the organizationand creation of the events and activities

WORKING HOURS: 30 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
