INT002: RECRUITER ASSISTANT - TECHNICAL SUPPORT TRAINEE

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
Placement in Portugal is an organisation based in Lisbon, which helps students currently enrolled in a higher education Institution or young graduates to find an Internship opportunity in Portugal

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREA: BUSINESS - Business administration, Human resources management

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Human Resources, Business Administration; or other related area
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Creativity and Flexibility
- Team work
-Excellent attention to detail
- Honest, dedicated and hard-working

Training will be provided.

TASKS:

  • setting up new contracts and communicating all on-boarding documents to new employees
  • contact for the candidate during the recruitment process to when they start in their new role. Answering any day to day questions and liaising with Managers
  • Maintaining data bases of applicants information and status-changes
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards and evaluating feedback
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting introduction presentation
  • Analyse and Report relevant information and improvement to manager.

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

  • English B2/C1
